Make-A-Wish America is seeking a Specialist for Leadership and Planned Giving. You will collaborate with the Director of Planned Giving to drive gift programs, estate management, and CRM reporting while stewarding benefactors and expanding annual revenue.

This remote role offers flexibility for applicants nationwide with hybrid options for the Phoenix area, and requires high attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a detail-oriented setting.
• Experience with CRM and donor programs preferred.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planned gift marketing and CRM tracking.
• Manage estate paperwork and revenue forecasting.
• Support donor stewardship and chapter communications.
• Coordinate with gift officers and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports and assist campaign activities.
