Job summary

Legacy Assurance Plan is seeking a part-time attorney to provide virtual estate planning consultations, focusing on wills, trusts and powers of attorney. You will work with intake-complete, pre-qualified clients and build experience without marketing or referrals.

You'll collaborate with peers, access back-office support, and help clients with Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning when appropriate. This role fits into an existing practice with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in your state of residence.
• Able to independently advise and manage clients, with back-office and peer support behind you.
• Multi-state licensure or reciprocity a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on volume across wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Exposure to Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning, even without prior experience in those areas.
• An established peer network of estate planning attorneys for collaboration and referrals.
• Full back-office support: document review and printing, deed retrieval, delivery scheduling, and follow-ups.
