Job summary

Buc-ee's Ltd. seeks an Assistant Gift/Merchandise Manager in Wisconsin to support the Merchandise Manager. You will help develop a high performing team, manage receiving, stocking, and merchandising Buc-ee's unique gift items, and uphold outstanding customer satisfaction with a clean, friendly, in-stock store experience.

The role requires leadership in merchandising, training staff, and maintaining budgets and store standards while collaborating with district managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of experience and education in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred.
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandise Manager in developing and leading a high performing team.
• Receive, stock, and merchandise Buc-ee's gift items; ensure in-stock experience for customers.
• Perform duties of Merchandise Manager in their absence and administer training for staff.
