Buc-ee's Mebane LLC is seeking an Assistant Gift/Merchandise Manager to lead a high-performing team and manage receiving, stocking, and merchandising of Buc-ee's gift items in Mebane, NC. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and a clean, in-stock store experience.

You will train staff, enforce policies, and drive financial goals while collaborating with District Managers. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years retail management are preferred, with strong math and Office skills.
