Job summary

Buc-ee's Monroe LLC is hiring for an Assistant Gift/Merchandise Manager in Monroe County, GA. You will assist the Merchandise Manager, lead a high performing team, and oversee receiving, stocking, and merchandising of Buc-ee’s gift items to ensure a clean, friendly, and in stock customer experience.

The role requires developing staff, enforcing policies, and maintaining strong store operations with a focus on in-store merchandising and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of experience and education in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred.
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Software
• Strong Mathematics skills

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties and responsibilities of the Merchandise Manager in their absence or upon their discretion.
• Administer ongoing training to Merchandise staff in order for the team to practice the principles of Building a High Performance Team Delivering Customer Satisfaction Managing Product Offerings Achieving Financial Goals Enforce Company policies and procedures
• Manage retail product mix, merchandising, and replenishment
• Schedule and assign employees’ tasks and follow up on work results
• Interact professionally and build positive working relationships with store team and District Managers to share business insight and best practices
