The role manages inventory, staff training, and product offerings while enforcing company policies and achieving financial goals. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of retail management experience, strong math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandise Manager in developing and leading a high performing team.
• Receive, stock, and merchandise Buc-ee's gift items to maintain in-stock availability.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver customer satisfaction and achieve financial goals.
• Manage store inventory, labor budgets, and product offerings.
• Ensure accurate use of POS devices and related paperwork.
