You will manage stock, merchandising, training, and store operations to uphold Buc-ee’s standards across departments. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of retail management experience, strong math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred.
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Software.
• Strong Mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Merchandising Manager in their absence.
• Lead and train Merchandise staff to apply store policies and procedures.
• Manage retail product mix, merchandising, and replenishment.
• Schedule tasks and monitor work results for staff.
• Maintain professional relationships with store team and District Managers.
• Monitor labor budgets and store inventory levels.
• Operate POS and transaction devices and handle supplier-related paperwork.
• Identify and resolve immediate customer and store needs without supervision.
• Prepare merchandise departments for audits as required.
