The Charitable Agreements Specialist at ASU Foundation for A New American University (ASUF) reviews, negotiates, and processes gift and grant agreements to support Arizona State University. You’ll work with development officers, university partners, and ASUF stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies while facilitating philanthropic commitments.

You’ll draft and edit agreements, verify donor intent, and maintain accurate records, collaborating across teams to optimize efficiency and donor

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, processing, and managing complex documentation with high accuracy.
• Ability to work in a structured team and develop professional relationships.
• Strong drafting, proofreading, and editing capabilities with attention to donor documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with document management and e-signature tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and process gift and grant agreements and related documents.
• Assist with creation, review, and revision of new gift and grant agreements; prepare for signature.
• Serve as subject matter expert on agreement requirements and donor documentation.
• Identify issues related to donor intent, account administration, compliance, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of gift and grant documentation.
• Maintain gift and grant agreement records and database entries; manage electronic files.
