ASU Foundation in Tempe is seeking a Charitable Agreement Coordinator to support the review, processing and tracking of gift and grant agreements for ASU and ASUF. You will draft, revise, and finalize documents, coordinate with development officers, and help optimize internal processes.

The role emphasizes precision, independent work within a team, and strong communication across stakeholders while ensuring compliance with university and foundation policies.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent with focus on business/nonprofit or law.
• 2 years of administrative experience in contracts, document development or technical writing.
• Combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business/nonprofit or legal studies.
• Paralegal certification (CP/APC/PP/ALP/PLS/CLP/LDA).
• Experience with nonprofit/government grants.
• Experience in database management (QuickBase, Salesforce or Workday).

Mansioni

• Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for accepting and closing gifts and grants.
• Draft, proofread, track, scan, and prepare documents for signature and distribution.
• Coordinate with ASU/ASUF stakeholders to process agreements and amendments.
• Suggest and implement best practices for gift documentation processing.
• Maintain records, ensure policy alignment, and manage donor and grant data.
• Support account requests and ad hoc agreement inquiries.
