The Charitable Agreement Coordinator role at ASU Foundation supports the review, research, and database management of gift and grant agreements for Arizona State University. You will draft, revise, and track agreements, working with ASU and ASU Foundation teams to ensure accuracy and policy alignment.

You will manage document distribution, signature preparation, and signatory coordination, while maintaining donor records and responding to information requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Law Studies or related field, or equivalent with 2 years in an administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Nonprofit/Lederal Studies or related field preferred; Paralegal certification welcome.
• Experience with contract management, document development, and/or technical writing valued.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing and reviewing documents used for accepting and closing new gifts and grants.
• Draft, proofread, and revise gift and grant agreements and related docs for signature.
• Track, file, and distribute gift and grant documentation; maintain database records.
• Coordinate with ASU and ASU Foundation stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
• Respond to ad hoc account/agreement requests and donor inquiries.
• Support best-practice implementation for processing gift documentation.
