Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years in operations or program management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Gift Card production, including quoting, approvals, testing, and launch.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to manage production, fulfillment, and delivery timelines.
• Manage franchisee onboarding and settlement support, banking updates and account setup.
• Oversee vendor dashboard merchandising for seasonal campaigns and gifting windows.
• Own internal B2B Gift Card setups, including access management and order activation.
• Support creative briefs for Gift Card campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate creative reviews and approvals to ensure assets are ready for launch.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for Gift Card customer support, coordinating resolutions.
• Maintain Gift Card resources, docs, training guides, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Product, Archway, Blackhawk, InComm, and Fiserv.
• Support process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
