Taco Bell, a Yum! Brands company, is seeking a Gift Card Operations Analyst in Irvine, CA. Hybrid onsite role supporting end-to-end Gift Card production, vendor coordination, and franchisee onboarding to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

You will own production workflows, work with internal teams and external partners, and drive process improvements. The role reports to Senior Manager of Payments/Gift Cards and requires 3–5 years in operations or program management.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in operations, program management, or related role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Proactive, solution oriented mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end Gift Card production, including quoting, approvals, testing, and launch. Ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors to manage production, fulfillment, and delivery timelines.
• Manage Franchisee onboarding and settlement support, including banking updates and account setup.
• Oversee vendor dashboard merchandising, ensuring content is accurate and up to date for campaigns.
• Own internal B2B Gift Card setups, including user access management and order activation.
• Support development and management of creative briefs for Gift Card campaigns and promotions.
