Job summary

Taco Bell in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Manager, Delivery Partnerships to own and optimize relationships with DoorDash & Grubhub. You will drive joint business plans, budgeting, and performance initiatives across Marketing, Media, Operations, and Tech teams.

The role demands 8+ years in marketing/partnerships, strong analytics, and a proven record of cross‑functional leadership. Hybrid onsite work is expected with a focus on strategic growth and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience, partnerships or digital commerce.
• Must have experience working with Delivery Partners such as Uber Eats, DoorDash or Grubhub.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Media, Operations, and Tech teams.
• Highly analytical with experience leveraging data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and measure success.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner-specific delivery strategy and own overall channel performance across DoorDash and Grubhub.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for aggregator partners, managing communication, alignment, and issue resolution.
• Own and manage co-marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation to drive performance and maximize ROI.
• Brief and manage development of campaign assets in collaboration with internal creative and marketing teams.
• Partner with the Media team to brief and integrate delivery initiatives into broader media plans.
• Lead joint business planning processes and quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Negotiate and support commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with Tech and Ops on identifying enhancements to improve the delivery experience and performance.
• Lead and evaluate aggregator-specific tests to optimize channel performance and unlock new opportunities.
• Ensure partner initiatives are aligned with internal business priorities, timelines, and key calendar moments.
