Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth across assigned geography by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and health systems. You will translate clinical data into compelling value propositions and execute strategic territory plans.

This role requires two-plus years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while traveling as needed to cover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and manage a territory.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze territory performance, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory as a business, prioritizing accounts and resources to maximize ROI.
• Utilize CRM, sales analytics, and other data sources to optimize targeting, call planning, and territory execution.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and performance objectives.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling and clinically accurate product presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Execute promotional programs, educational initiatives, and follow-up activities that support business objectives.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness to support long-term account growth.
