Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a GI Tech for our Glenview, IL location. The role supports the RN and physician in diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, with duties including setup, equipment maintenance, and endoscope reprocessing.

Hours are 6:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays and on-call rotation, including nights and weekends. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 for candidates with 1 year Endo/GI experience.

• Assist under the direction of the RN, in the implementation of the established plan of care.
• Assist the physician and the RN during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Responsible for procedure set-up, supply and equipment maintenance, processing and reprocessing of endoscopes and other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for meeting on-call criteria as defined by the department. The employee is expected to float to other GI Lab locations.

Hourly Pay Range:

$20.69 - $30.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
