Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across patient populations in Chicago, with the ability to float to other Endeavor locations. You will plan, implement, and evaluate each patient’s plan of care, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

Required NLN-accredited nursing education, IL RN license, BLS, and at least preferred critical care/ED and telemetry experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing.
• IL RN license required.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS and ACLS within 6 months of start.
• Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
• Med/Surg with telemetry monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Float to Endeavor locations as needed and provide coverage to maintain seamless patient flow.

Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.Position Highlights:Sign on bonus: $10K w 1 yr Endo/GI exp.
