Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of RN experience required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system preferred.
• Current Texas RN license required.
• BSN degree required.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs the functions of a registered nurse in direct patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process to deliver developmentally appropriate care.
• Collaborates with physicians and other professionals to develop a comprehensive plan of care.
• Documents patient encounters thoroughly in EPIC, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
• Adheres to safety, patient rights, and infection prevention standards.
• Provides education to patients, families, and care teams to support learning and engagement.
