Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and process using automated systems.
• Request, accept, and document co-payments or outstanding balances.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments according to practice guidelines.
• Check-out patients, schedule future visits, and provide referrals.
• Manage calls and administrative inbox, print documents, and prepare records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
