Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in operating room or surgical office setting.
• Excellent customer service and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all elective surgical procedures and prepares perioperative schedules.
• Acts as frontline contact for physicians' offices and communicates scheduling needs.
• Ensures accurate scheduling, checks availability of resources, and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Generates standard reports and supports physician marketing strategies through efficient scheduling.
• Uses computer systems to enter data and manage schedules with attention to details.
