Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule elective and urgent surgeries for physician practice per hospital guidelines.
• Coordinate surgical blocks and notify relevant teams of changes.
• Coordinate surgical assist cases and communicate OR schedules.
• Use designated software to schedule all surgical cases.
• Collaborate with hospital departments including admissions and financial counseling.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and QA policies.
