• Monitor key metrics and analyze information to solve ongoing problems to improve team performance.
• Balance staffing, schedule, and PTO; manage timecards and attendance; ensure appropriate coverage.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, infection prevention initiatives, and patient safety.
• Serve in clinical nursing roles (e.g., direct care nurse, charge nurse) with 60% clinical time and 40% leadership time.
