Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Nursing-Management leader to oversee daily operations, patient flow, staffing assignments, and safe patient care on our Atlanta campus. You will collaborate with physicians, departments, and hospital leadership to maintain a healthy work environment and high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has at least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ healthcare experience required.
• 1 year of Clinical Nurse 3-5 level or management/administrative experience in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Responsibilities

• Supports environment for delivery of care.
• Acts as clinical resource for patient population in area.
