Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required for new hires.
• Minimum of 2 years GI setting experience preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required or to be obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician during invasive GI procedures by hand sterilized instruments, scopes and supplies.
• Support the surgical team and contribute to continuous, quality patient care for all ages.
• Adhere to regulations, standards, hospital and departmental policies; participate in performance improvement activities.
