Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years medical-surgical or equivalent experience; GI Lab experience preferred
• California RN license required; CGRN or related certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing processes to assess and plan patient care
• Performs hourly rounds and SBAR hand-offs with the care team
• Coordinates interdisciplinary discharge planning for perioperative patients
• Maintains thorough documentation per unit and hospital policies and supports quality improvement
