Qualifications

• Must have Tennessee RN licensure and CPR.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Correlates patient history and support systems within hospital care.
• Assesses learning needs of patient and family.
• Develops and initiates plan of care with patient and family.
• Recommends interventions and evaluates plan of care.
• Resolves moderately complex issues without supervision.
• Precepts employees/students as directed and reviews performance.
• Delivers age-appropriate nursing care and supervises licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Follows policies and participates in quality improvement.
