Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years preferred as Endoscopy Technician.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of sterile technique essential.
• Surgical assisting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set up procedure room and equipment for endoscopic procedures.
• Test and ensure all equipment is functioning prior to procedures.
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures as needed.
• Position patients on the procedure table and maintain sterile drapes.
• Transport patients and equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment; report hazards.
• Document patient information and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with stocking supplies and preparing scopes for processing.
