Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience in GI or hospital surgical setting required.
• BLS certification required.
• Endoscopy/GI scope or surgical technician certification preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player; able to multi-task and stay organized.

Aufgaben

• Assist physicians with endoscopic procedures.
• Disinfect and clean instruments after use.
• Prepare and distribute patient records and reports.
• Deliver specimens to the lab.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms.
• Transport patients to the procedure room.
• Assist in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment.
