Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of patient care experience; CNA/MA preferred.
• GTS certification to be obtained within 6 months.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers to be obtained within 6 months.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient care activities under RN/physician supervision.
• Assist physicians with specimen retrieval, labeling and transport.
• Prepare rooms and equipment per physician specifications and ensure safety.
• Perform high-level disinfection and reprocessing of equipment.
• Operate and maintain endoscope and ultrasound systems; document charges.
• Assist in maintaining unit inventory and perform clerical duties.
• Assist with patient positioning and transport; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Provide age-appropriate care according to department standards.
