Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the GI Endoscopy Interventional Procedures team in Chicago. You will provide expert nursing care in pre-operative and endoscopy settings, collaborate with GI physicians, anesthesiologists and technicians, and support complex procedures (ERCP, EUS, POEM, etc.).

The role offers growth opportunities within a high-volume lab, with nursing leadership and a focus on evidence-based care aligned to NMH standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current State of Illinois RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through AHA.

Responsabilités

• Provide care in pre-operative area and during GI endoscopy procedures.
• Collaborate with GI physicians, anesthesiologists and technicians for optimal patient care.
• Advance GI procedures and participate in patient education and care planning.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and compliance with policies.
