Iterative Health seeks a Director of Activations Strategy & Operations to own the end-to-end activation model, diagnosing time losses and designing scalable processes. You will drive cross-functional execution across Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial to accelerate activation timelines and improve predictability as the portfolio grows.

• 7+ years in strategy and operations, with a track record of designing and implementing operational systems.
• Experience diagnosing process inefficiencies and driving cross-functional execution.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation performance framework: set targets, track milestones, and ensure the 75-day activation goal.
• Diagnose time losses across the activation lifecycle and identify high-leverage opportunities to compress timelines.
• Design and implement scalable activation processes that reduce variability and enable performance predictability.
