Job summary

Premier Research Group is seeking a Clinical Lead - Senior Site Activation Lead to join our Clinical Management team. You will coordinate with functional leads to drive timely site activations, lead kick-off meetings, and oversee SSU/activation deliveries in line with the project strategy.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to finalize country mix and site selection, escalating risks with mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in clinical, science, or a health-related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player, collaborative and able to build an effective team and comfortable in customer-facing meetings like Bid Defense Meetings.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, presentation, technical, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with functional leads to drive site activation per obligations.
• Lead Site ID Kick Off Meeting and oversee SSU and clinical activation deliveries per timeline.
• Update project projections through site activation and ensure data quality in CTMS.
• Work with Project Strategist, Medical Informatics, Medical Affairs, PM, RSMs, CLs and SSU Country Leads to finalise countries mix and site selection.
• Escalate and track risks, propose mitigation strategies, and use data to drive decisions and next steps.
• Provide progress updates to internal team, client, and upper management during weekly teleconferences.
• Monitor and analyze site activation status and provide metrics.
