Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead - Senior Site Activation Lead to join our Clinical Management team. You will coordinate site activations for biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma partners, driving quality and timely delivery of activations.

Leads Site ID Kick Off Meetings, oversees SSU and activation deliveries in line with timelines, and collaborates with project, medical, and country leads to optimize site mix and study projections.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or health field; international equivalents accepted.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Organizational, time-management, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and oversee site activation to meet contractual obligations.
• Lead Site ID Kick Off Meetings and oversee SSU/activation deliveries aligned with timelines.
• Update projections and study data through site activation and communicate risks with mitigation.
• Collaborate with PM, Medical Affairs, and country leads to finalize site mix and selection.
• Ensure CTMS data entry quality and provide regular progress updates to clients and management.
