Ridgecrest Regional Hospital is seeking an LVN Resource Lead for the GI Clinic in Ridgecrest, CA. Responsibilities include direct and indirect patient care, staffing support, day-to-day operations, staff development, and quality assurance activities.

Under the Clinical Manager, you will address service line concerns, assist with scheduling, coordinate staff, and ensure compliance with standards while delivering compassionate patient care to families and caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• California-licensed LVN with current CA licensure.
• Minimum two years of medical office experience.
• One year of resource lead experience preferred.
• BLS certification required and maintained.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead staff and coordinate patient care.

Aufgaben

• Perform direct and indirect patient care as a member of the healthcare team.
• Facilitate the flow and function of the assigned service line or area.
• Routinely communicate service line issues to the Clinical Manager and participate in problem-solving as directed.
• Assist with scheduling and adjust staffing to meet changing workload needs.
• Coordinate ancillary, non-licensed staff functions.
• Procure supplies and equipment needed for day-to-day patient care.
• Participate in the hiring, supervision, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Provide professional and technical support to staff and troubleshoot the delivery of patient care.
• Respond to requests from patients, families, and other concerned individuals regarding patient care issues.
• Identify staff training needs and facilitate staff development.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training, orientation, and education programs.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate quality assurance activities while ensuring compliance with applicable standards, laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Recommend new or revised policies and procedures to the department manager.
• Serve as the lead in directing patient care activities.
