Job summary

Redding Rancheria is seeking a Resource Care Coordinator to assist the Director of Nursing with day-to-day coordination of the medical department. This float position provides relief coverage to balance workloads and collaborate with medical providers to ensure timely patient care.

The role requires an LVN license in California, CPR, and 2+ years of clinic nursing; experience with NextGen EHR is highly desired.

Qualifications

• CA LVN license and nursing degree from accredited program.
• 2+ years of clinic nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with NextGen EHR desired.
• CPR certification.
• Fingerprinted and background check required.
• Indian preference.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination of the medical department.
• Assist with patient care including rooming, vitals, and documentation.
• Maintain and document in EHR.
• Support workflow and patient flow.
• Assist with referrals and tasks for clinic providers.
• Participate in training and quality improvement.
