Job Description

We're looking for dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who are passionate about supporting the mission and goals of Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role plays an important part in helping patients overcome barriers such as income, language, and cultural or social challenges. You'll be part of a team-based, primary care clinic serving both insured and uninsured individuals.

In this role, you'll support clinic operations through collaborative planning and problem solving, ensure the smooth flow of patients during scheduled clinics, and contribute to a culture grounded in RRH's core values of quality, respect, integrity, partnership, and compassion. You may also be asked to work across departments based on patient and organizational needs.

Salary Information
