Job summary

University of California - Los Angeles Health is seeking an experienced LVN leader to oversee nursing and clinical services across our practice. You will provide direct patient care while coordinating clinic operations, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, high-quality care.

You will work with faculty, residents and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and experience. Administrative oversight includes staff performance evaluations, competency maintenance, onboarding, and QA reviews.

Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license with IV therapy and blood withdrawal certification.
• Current BLS Card from ARC or AHA.
• Minimum 3+ years LVN experience in healthcare setting.
• Ability to take vitals, administer meds and manage refills.
• Proficient with computer systems and patient care software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and clinical services for the practice; balance direct care with leadership.
• Coordinate clinic operations, manage patient flow, supervise nursing staff and support.
• Lead performance evaluations, ensure staff competencies, and provide onboarding.
• Oversee QA processes, review timesheets, and maintain readiness of the practice.
• Partner with physicians, residents, patients and teams to maximize patient experience.
