Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Area Business Director (Gastroenterology) focused on promoting Ardelyx's novel GI product to healthcare providers and building a strong customer presence.

You will achieve sales targets, develop and execute effective sales plans, and collaborate with Marketing, Patient Services and Market Access to drive successful product launches. Travel up to 40% is expected, with reporting to the Zone Director and close coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, preferably in gastroenterology.
• Proven success in product launches and specialty markets.
• Strong scientific acumen.
• Ability to analyze sales data.
• Bachelor's degree required.
