Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GHL Expert with experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows in Notion. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in organic digital marketing, focusing on engagement, brand awareness, and automation. You will be responsible for streamlining business processes, improving operational efficiency, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup & Management: Set up and optimize CRM pipelines, workflows, automations, and integrations in GoHighLevel.
  • GHL Campaigns: Develop and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns inside GHL.
  • Lead Nurturing & Scheduling: Configure lead nurturing sequences, funnel automations, and appointment scheduling.
  • Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize GHL features for better conversion rates.
  • SOP & Workflow Creation in Notion: Document and organize step-by-step processes for business operations.
  • Notion Dashboards & Knowledge Base: Create visually structured dashboards and templates for efficient task management; maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of company workflows inside Notion.
  • Adoption & Training: Ensure all team members can easily follow and implement processes; train and support team members on how to use GHL and Notion effectively.
  • Organic Marketing & Branding: Develop and implement organic engagement strategies to build brand authority.
  • Content & Campaign Planning: Create and manage email sequences, social media content planning, and community engagement.
  • Growth & Optimization: Optimize funnels, landing pages, and lead capture systems to drive organic growth.
  • Analytics: Monitor analytics and provide reports on engagement and audience growth.
  • cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, sales teams, and business leaders to refine processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including automation and CRM management.
  • Strong proficiency in Notion, with experience creating SOPs, databases, and workflows.
  • Experience in organic digital marketing, including engagement strategies, branding, and content planning.
  • Knowledge of Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and ability to train others in tech tools.
