Job summary

KYOCERA AVX Greenville LLC is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to support the organization’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy. This role focuses on tracking carbon footprint and emissions transparency, partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate sustainability reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability or related fields, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or environmental data analysis.
• Experience supporting customer-facing ESG or sustainability disclosures preferred.
• Working knowledge of carbon accounting and reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support tracking and maintenance of Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 GHG emissions data.
• Maintain emissions inventories and ensure audit readiness.
• Assist with tracking environmental performance indicators for internal reporting.
