Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a dedicated professional for the ESG Reporting & EPR Compliance role, ensuring compliance with mandatory environmental reporting and managing third-party partnerships. This position will manage greenhouse gas emissions reporting and coordinate with teams to ensure sustainability initiatives are met.

Successful candidates should have experience in data analytics, compliance reporting, and possess strong vendor management skills. The role promotes a strong focus on sustainable practices while offering an inclusive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics, compliance reporting, or sustainability data.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable managing regulatory submissions.
• Ability to manage 3rd party vendors.
• Self-driven as this role will be very autonomous.
• Experience with ESG or sustainability frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting.
• Track regulatory changes in the U.S. and internationally.
• Support internal and external audit responses.
• Develop and maintain a reporting calendar.
• Assist with supplier engagement for ESG compliance.
