Job summary

ECOS is seeking a detail-oriented Sustainability Specialist to support waste reduction, TRUE Zero Waste, and LEED certification efforts across divisions. The role focuses on data management, metrics tracking, and reporting to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sustainability, strong Excel skills, and experience with certification programs, contributing to a safer, greener operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in sustainability, waste reduction, or ESG reporting preferred.
• Experience supporting TRUE Zero Waste and LEED certification programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability databases and metrics (waste diversion, energy, water).
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Lead data collection for TRUE Zero Waste and LEED certifications.
