Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an Equipment Configuration and Logistics Specialist to identify, track, and control government and contractor assets, maintaining inventory records and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves GFP/GFE coordination, data assembly, and movement of equipment including servers weighing up to 50lbs.

The ideal candidate has experience with government equipment and Excel, familiarity with assets tracking systems, and a Secret clearance, with HS diploma or GED

Qualifications

• Experience managing government equipment.
• Experience handling government documents, including 1149s.
• Knowledge of equipment and property management tools or systems, e.g., AssetSmart and PIEE.
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and pay strict attention to detail.
• Ability to move 50lbs.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and control government and contractor assets and maintain inventory records.
• Oversee receipt, delivery, transfer, or disposition of assets per regulations using current technology.
• Maintain GFP/GFE inventory and collaborate with GFP staff and receiving manager.
• Transport equipment up to 50lbs to mailroom for shipment.
• Assemble data and maintain up-to-date inventory of GFP and GFE.
