Qualifications

• 7+ years of logistics or property accountability support for Federal or DoD programs.
• Experience managing material tracking and serialized equipment across multi-site environments.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Experience handling government documents (e.g., DD250s, DD1149s).
• Familiar with PIEE suite and iRAPT for invoicing and property transfers.
• Knowledge of property management tools and procurement systems (AssetSmart, Costpoint, Ivalua).
• Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and implement asset tracking tech.
• Ability to move 50 lbs.
• Secret security clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and control government and contractor acquired property; maintain inventory records.
• Manage invoice, receipt, acceptance, transfer, and disposition of assets per regs.
• Apply expertise in configuration management, life cycle support, and data management.
• Maintain GFP, CAP, and GFE inventories; collaborate with GFP staff and receiving manager.
• Support supply, warehousing, and storage for items procured under the contract.
