Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Soccer Instructor to lead young athletes and provide on-field instruction in a fun, safe environment. This hands-on role drives the i9 Sports Experience and helps foster a positive youth sports culture on the field.

You will oversee fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while engaging players aged 3–14. Shifts run weekends outdoors, with opportunities for growth and advancement in youth coaching programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings across the season (~7 weeks).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun for ages 3–14.
• Set up and clean up sports fields/equipment.
• Saturday and Sunday outdoor shifts (approx. 8:00 am–2:00 pm).
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values; everyone gets a turn and gets the ball.
• Communicate game day information to players and parents on the field.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide superior customer service.

Job Summary

The Soccer Instructor is a hands-on position that will lead athletes and provide instruction in their designated sport. The Sport Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun for all age groups (3-14 years old)
