Job summary

i9 Sports in Bothell, WA is seeking a Soccer Instructor to enhance the i9 Sports experience for players and coaches. You may coach and officiate practices and games across age groups and skill levels while building relationships with players, parents, and parent-coaches to ensure the instructional aspects are delivered.

The role emphasizes delivering fun, safe, and engaging soccer instruction with a focus on sportsmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a player, coach, or referee preferred.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist parent volunteer coaches to lead practices focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of the sport on game day.
• Officiate games.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Job Summary

The Soccer Instructor is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Instructor may be required to coach and officiate practices and games across all age groups and skill levels.
