i9 Sports - North Seattle/Snohomish, WA is seeking a Soccer Instructor to enhance the player experience across age groups. The role may involve coaching practices and officiating games while building strong relationships with players, parents, and parent-coaches to ensure engaging, high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with players, parents, and volunteers.
• Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred but not mandatory.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends is required to cover game and practice schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist parent volunteer coaches to lead practices focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of the sport on game day.
• Officiate games.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Job Summary

The Soccer Instructor is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Instructor may be required to coach and officiate practices and games across all age groups and skill levels. They will need to build relationships with players, parents, and parent-coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.
