Job summary

Tribe is seeking a German-speaking Talent Sourcer for a fully remote role, based in the CET/EET region (CEE or Balkans). You will research talent markets, build candidate pipelines, and support recruiters and hiring managers across the hiring lifecycle.

You should be curious, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Fluency in German and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• German fluent; English proficiency (C1+) required.
• Curious, proactive, able to learn quickly and work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills in a fast-moving remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Pipelining: research talent markets and build pipelines for multiple roles.
• Candidate engagement: reach out to candidates and guide them through early hiring stages.
• Team collaboration: work with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements.
• Problem solving: learn new markets and roles, and adapt sourcing strategies.
• Pipeline management: keep candidate data up to date in ATS and tracking systems.
