Tribe is seeking a German-speaking Talent Sourcer for a fully remote role, based in the CET/EET region (CEE or Balkans). You will research talent markets, build candidate pipelines, and support recruiters and hiring managers across the hiring lifecycle.

You should be curious, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Fluency in German and strong English communication are required.

We are looking for a German-speaking Talent Sourcer based remotely in the CEE or Balkans region.

You may already have some experience in recruitment or sourcing, or you may be looking to take your first step into the field. What matters most to us is that you’re curious, proactive, comfortable learning new things, and able to work through problems independently.

Contract: Indefinite B2B

Location: 100% Remote (must be based in the CEE or Balkans region)

Start: ASAP (up to 1-2 weeks)

Language: Fluent German and English (minimum C1)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pipelining: Research talent markets, identify relevant candidates, and build pipelines for a variety of roles.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to prospective candidates across professional networks and support them through the early stages of the hiring process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and adjust your searches based on feedback.
• Problem Solving: Learn new markets, roles, tools, and sourcing approaches, and find creative ways to solve search challenges.
• Pipeline Management: Keep candidate information and activity organised and up to date in our recruitment systems.

Who You Are:

• Fluent German
• English Speaker: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1).
• Curious
• Eager to Learn: You’re comfortable learning something new, researching what you don’t know, and applying what you learn.
• Resourceful: When you come across something unfamiliar, you’re willing to investigate, try different approaches, and ask focused questions when needed.

Relevant Experience:

• Previous sourcing, recruitment, HR, research, or similar experience is a plus, but not required.
