Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Renewal Coordinator who speaks German to own a portfolio of renewal contracts in a dynamic SaaS environment. This role focuses on reducing churn, securing favorable terms, and identifying growth opportunities within existing customers.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Legal to drive successful renewals. This is a remote role (EG-Remote) with responsibilities across renewal strategy, forecasting, and data-driven insights to optimize

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years in Renewal Management, Account Management or Customer Success, ideally SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Implement win/win renewal strategies to enhance contract value while protecting customer trust.
• Identify incremental renewal opportunities to drive account growth.
• Maintain and update rolling renewal forecasts and communicate risks to enable resolutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations and Product Management for upcoming renewals.
• Analyze data to identify factors affecting renewals and outcomes.
• Follow best practices for CRM, quotes and forecasting.
