Responsibilities

• Assist players via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
• Resolve technical, billing, accounts, and gameplay queries with empathy.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
• Moderate community platforms and provide feedback to improve knowledge base and processes.
